maintained grounds lazy river special requests paper cups lake view missing supplies
I found the resort grounds very well maintained. The pools were a nice addition and I liked the lazy river. I appreciated Kranthi in the restaurant. He accommodated special requests.
The coffee cups in the room were paper , which I found unusual for a resort. My room faced the lake at the rear , not the resort view I booked. Basic supplies were missing. I had to request milk , brown sugar , and a dental kit.

Splendid stay. A charmed experience
friendly staff spacious suite
The service staff were friendly. our family suite was spacious, providing ample room for everyone to relax. I appreciated the thoughtful addition of a kids toilet seat. i also loved the proximity to the parks.
the breakfast buffet lacked british bacon. i know that's not common in this region. it was a bit disappointing for me

the room included two separate sinks, a balcony and a rainfall shower. room doors were heavy. the theme park access suite had a king-size bed, ensuring restful sleep.

the hotel is near the parks, allowing convenient access. it also provides shuttle service to moe and a complimentary beach access to sheraton jbr. walking distance to mcdonalds and outlet mall is possible.

The breakfast buffet offered many options and tasty food. the poolside restaurant staff, especially ari, were excellent. I loved the kid-friendly service. cooking was generally excellent.

prime location diverse selection excellent service

spacious room perfect cleanliness delicious food
i found the rooms quite spacious. cleanliness was perfect. the balcony view showcased abundant greenery, clear water and birds. i especially appreciated the delicious food.
